Loss Prevention Instructor
Hourly and Temporary
Correctional Edu & Spec Popula - HCES

Provide course instruction to special populations;
Provide instruction and retention strategies to students in loss prevention:  sexual harassment, crowd control, cultural diversity, new technologies, communication skills, and employability skills;
Deliver class curriculum that fosters basic loss prevention skills for adult learners;
Encourage students to achieve personal outcomes and to become empowered in security and loss prevention field.

High School diploma required;
2 years work experience in security or community based security organization;
Enjoys detail-oriented work and familiar with security;
Self-starter who caries through from planning to operations;
Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with students, faculty, and staff;
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
