Contract Corporate Training - Critical Skills - Leadership Skills

Looking for experienced corporate training facilitators to work on contract basis to deliver standardized and contextualized half-day or full-day critical skills courses including but not limited to communication skills, team building, leadership skills, diversity and inclusion in a highly interactive environment.

Content development for contextualized courses is paid at a higher rate.

Facilitator and participant guides provided.

No need to use your time to identify clients or handle logistics such as scheduling of training or course material preparation. AACC-Corporate Training Group handles this for its trainers.

Facilitator should be geographically located in or around Anne Arundel County Maryland.

Delivery of course may be in person or virtual live.

Minimum 2-years successful experience delivering critical skills training to adult learners in a business environment

Minimum 2-years experience managing or leading in a business environment

Understanding of adult learning and evaluation 

Must be willing to provide 10 minute in-person demonstration of critical skills training

May be contracted as vendor or adjunct faculty. Contract pay is per client assignment

Half or Full Days as contracted
$600 per day
