Part-Time Special Education Support Associate

The primary SPED Support Associate duties and responsibilities includes:

• Design and validate databases including designing or testing logic checks. Develop project-specific data management plans that address areas such as data coding, reporting, or transfer, database locks, and work-flow processes;
• Generate data queries based on validation checks or errors and omissions identified during data entry to resolve identified problems;
• Perform quality control audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, or proper usage of systems and data. Monitor work productivity or quality to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures;
• Confer with end users to define or implement system requirements such as data release formats, delivery schedules, 
and testing protocols. Write work instruction manuals, data capture guidelines, and standard operating procedures;
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred;
• Minimum two to three years’ experience working with computers, administration, and management skills;
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
